Role Overview
New Frontier Partners operates across jurisdictions where legal precision is a product requirement. This role will support regulatory analysis, licensing strategy, policy interpretation, and internal compliance design for new initiatives in digital assets and capital markets.
You will work closely with leadership, product, and business teams to make sure strategic execution remains durable and regulation-ready.
Responsibilities
- Advise on digital asset, securities, payments, and financial regulatory issues
- Support licensing, entity structuring, and compliance framework development across jurisdictions
- Review commercial initiatives and product plans from a regulatory risk perspective
Qualifications
- Qualified legal background with experience in financial regulation, fintech, or capital markets
- Strong ability to interpret evolving regulatory environments across Asia and international markets
- Clear communication skills for translating complex legal issues into operational guidance
